I have developed a database that generates a roster. The staffing for each day is presented in a listbox, along the lines of the calendar in the Advanced Seminar. I want dividing lines between the items in the listbox, or alternate back colours, some way of clearly delineating the items. Any suggestions? If this is not possible, what would be a better approach?

Not possible with the built-in list boxes. You could use a continuous form and format it however you want.
