Cascading Combo Box in Continuous Forms
Milan Drazen Todorovic Sasmay

Greetings, i'm trying to make a continuous form that displays pending orders for my workers to complete, in this continuous form i created an independant combobox that displays the JobType (for example: Mechanical, Electrical, Operational, etc) and another combo box that displays all the jobs depending on the JobType selected (through a query like Richard teached), but when i select a value on one of the JobType combo box, that changes the JobType comboboxes of ALL the rows of the form, is there a way to make it that the only combo box that changes is the one in the row i'm selecting?
Thanks in advance for any response

Is the Combo Box bound to a field in the Table?

Nope, the combo box is independant and displays values from a list i manually wrote, i tried making it bound to the values of the list but i couldn't make it show just one row for each value, instead i got something like this:
Mechanical
Mechanical
Electrical
Electrical
etc... (but with the rows repeated a lot more)

Thanks for your response!

See the extended cut for Cascading Combo Boxes. It shows how to do this with continuous forms, like Alex pointed out. Not easy, but not terribly hard once you know how to do it right.
