Query Showing a Result That Should Be Filtered Out

I had a problem with a much query could not figure it out so I did a small one. Here is the query
SELECT
    PalletID,
    JobID
FROM
    NewPalletT
WHERE
    JobID = 35398;

When I runt it I geta back 7 results 6 of them have jobid 35398 but one has jobid 35455.

What could possbily be going on?

Chatgpt Thought the number could be stored as a text. Just looked and it is a "Long Interger"

Problem Fixed---I tried put a new number in saving the record and changing the number back but still no luck. A compact and repair fixed the problem. Still would love some input on how this might have happened and if there are steps I can do to avoid this happing in the future.
