I was asking if the Access can do the following:
Customer have ID number which consist of 13 digit. the first 6 digit is for date of birth like 550909 and the second 4 digit if for Male or Female registration. If you are the Male your registration must start either by 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 like 5709 any number but must start between 5 to 9. If you are Female your registration number must start between 0 t 4. and the last Three digit must start with 0 to 1 only
The ID numbers should be 5509095623089 this is a man or 5509090623089 this is a woman.
I have a field of Gender if the gender is M then the second four digit must start with any number between 5 and 9 then if  F any number between 0 and 4 also date of birth must be correct, most of users write wrong dates like 551309 we don't have 13 month in the year. can Access able to rectify that so that when a user write wrong month or date an error appear and when put M and write o then an error must appear because gender does correspond with ID registration.
I don't know if you understand my problem please advised me. my database has many incorrect ID numbers and registrations
