Adding Blank Lines to a Report

Creating a printable "form" for field technicians to write up a parts listing needed for job completion. The first few Line/Records will be prefilled with basic items. But I am looking for a Tutorial to explain how to add a varying number of additional blank lines for manual entry. I am looking to maintain this to a single page and not spill over to multiple pages.

Not sure if this would help, but perhaps using the techniques in Access Advanced 4 for printing multiple of the same label. You could possibly apply those technicques to printing multiple copies of a blank record or you might need to create a temp table for the source that holds your basic items first then has x # of blank records.

I know you're not working with labels, but the concept might be similar.

Richard also does multiple labels with the Dymo Labels video and in his Access Mailing Label Seminar.

Hopefully, these will give you some ideas.

James Try making a Report with the filled in lines and then add a Text Box as high and wide as you need. Then on the Property sheet for that Text Box, under the Format tab, ensure that Can Grow and Can Shrink are both set to No
