I Messed up Big Time

So I have created an Access DB that I thought was right on the money for what was needed. In the image that I will upload you can see there are three tables. SO there are many clients and many notes. The inquiry table was added this way because I was under the impression that there would only be one inquiry with lots of notes. I was wrong. The fields enclosed it the red box should actually be in the notes table so that data can be captured for every note. The database is in use and is populated with some 1500 records. Do I have to reinvent the wheel or can I move this around some how.

It can be moved - with care and some VBA.  John

Chuck You do not need to reinvent the wheel.  After backing up the database, I see at least two options:
A) Create a Query with ClientInquiry_tbl and ClientInquiryNote_tbl to create a new Temp Notes table with the new fields.  Validate and rename the old notes away, rename the temp notes to the original name.
B) Add the fields you want to the ClientInquiryNote_tbl.  Create an update Query to populate the new fields.  Validate, then remove those fields from the ClientInquiry_tbl.
