It could do very little or it could be a big deal.

It depends what is in the database, how large it is, and if you have vba referencing the tables/forms. On the easier side it might be almost nothing or just updating a few record sources or macros/queries/vba. On the worst side it's re-coding and finding/updating all your references to the objects.

It's up to you if you want to get into that, you could just make a backup of it first, change a few and see what it takes to fix a few, that will give you an idea of how hard it would be. Worst case then you just go back to your backup.
