Backup an Excel Workbook From Access

I've got an excel workbook link in a field per record in my access database. ( they can be opened with a button on the record form ) I want to backup each excel file using a module. On a form I've set up a recordset with each excel path in. How do I send each path in the recordset into the module to tell the backup module which excel workbooks to backup?
I've done something similar with email but would like some reassurance this can be achieved before I start writing code.

Backup: https://599cd.com/Backup More specifically in the Extended Cut, Richard copies a file to a folder using VBA. Just replace the file name in that video with the path for your Excel file.

I've used the methods in Richards videos for backup coupled with videos for a timer to force close all open instances to make backups and destroy older backups ( from a month ago eg ) but what I want to do now is backup only the excel files linked to in each record I'm just not completely sure how to send the paths into the module in each loop of the for next loop. Is there a specific video of how to send each record hyperlink field into the module ?
Is it the same process as in the email videos where he sends each email address into the module in each loop?
