Database airports

Now I have finished some research and turorials, i am more confident to explain myself a bit more.

There are 104 airports available for the database. Each of them have a ICAO code(identification, thus unique to each airport), a state where they are placed, what kind of operator(and the name), tier(depends on how much passengers & whether regional, domestic or International operations) and the amount of passengers and air movements over the pas 27 years.

I just finished a sketch of a main menu of how I want it to look like for the user(thanks for the tip). And so far I have concluded that:

Once the user opens the database it will get the main menu. On the main menu will be displayed: Compare and Retrieve headers. Underneath these headers several buttons will be displayed which directs the user to forms.

Under compare, the user will be able to compare 2 or more(if possible airports(maybe some criteria for example from which state/territory) in a diagram). Further more, the user will be able to compare states/territories with each other, tiers, type of operators and type of operations.

And then compare all of these attributes with each other, for example, compare tier 1 airports with airports from Queensland.

Underneath the header Retrieve info, the user will be able to simply open an form("airports","state/territory","Tiers","operator" and "type of operations" and retrieve info of one of those.
Especially diagrams of numbers of passengers and air movements over the years(and if possible, instead 20 years, 10 years)

Again is this all possible?

I have gone through the first 9 tutorials, and I can see the use of them and will recommend this site to everybody, but to continue I would like to buy the expert classes that matter to my database(maybe seminars).
