Is that form open when you run it? Is that field supposed to be involved in the report?

Usually when I get random parameter boxes popping up, it's something saved in the order by or filter properties of the form that isn't supposed to be there anymore.

NO that form is not open. I have other reports based on queries just like it and they open without the parameter box. I will take a look at those areas. I have been looking but dont recognize any issues.

Lee, try re-creating your report from the very beginning. Don't copy anything from your report that's not working; just re-create a new report and see if that will solve your problem.

Hi Lee, if you want, you can post a screen shot of this report in design view and maybe someone else will see something you are missing.

One thing about what Adam had said, did you look in the Group and Sort section at the bottom of the report in design view? Sometimes it gets caught in one or more groups or sorts and you need to expand each item in that list to look for it.
