Product Catalog have you looked at how Richard added multiple images to forms and reports in this TechHelp?

I once had a project where each record contained a lot of data and required an option to store up to 100 pictures per record, with the ability to view any 10 chosen pictures simultaneously. To solve this, I created 10 image windows on the form, and each window was linked to its own image folder. It essentially functioned as 10 separate galleries, and each gallery had its own table in the database. I don't know what you mean by a "quicker way", but in my database, a user could simply copy any image from anywhere and click a button next to the corresponding window. The database then automatically generated a standardized filename according to my system rules, converted the image into a .png file, and saved it under that name in the corresponding folder. Here is a fragment of the form, hope it helps.

While watching the Product Catalog Video. I am trying to follow along but I don't know how to put the image folder I created in the right place to get it to work. The place my Access Database resides is "C:\Users\richt\OneDrive\Documents\Access\My Firearms.accdb". I cannot add a folder under this. Can you tell me how or where this Images folder needs to be?

I have solved this problem. But now after adding some sample images to this folder and testing it, My report adds a duplicate page for the number of images I have connected with the ID. For instance I have one item that has 3 photos attached to it I get 3 pages of the same product with all 3 images. I have followed the video and rewatched it three times and cannot figure out what I have done wrong.

Without seeing your report design, grouping properties, and the query in design view, it's hard to say. Some places to start:

1) Verify your grouping levels in the report
2) Verify the join type in your query if you're using one
3) If you used the sub-report showing in the Extended cut, make sure the sub report Link Master and Child Fields are accurate

If it helps, here are some links to Richard's Videos that he mentioned:

Grouping
Outer Joins
Relationships

Here are some screen shots of what I have. Let me know how to fix this. I works fine until the subform is inseted then that is where my problems start.

If you review the Product Catalog Extended Cut video, you'll notice that Richard moved the main product information from the CustomerID Header into the detail section then added the sub-report for the images just below that.

You still have your firearm information in the FireArmID Header and then the sub-report is in the detail. The detail will repeat 1x for every picture linked for that firearm ID and then the sub-report also shows all the images for that firearm.

If you move the header information into the detail, I believe that will resolve your issue.

Just changed it and now It only duplicates once instead of twice

Did you delete the grouping level for firearmid? The sub report will handle the grouping since it will only include the images where the child and master fields match. Or you could change the group to a sort if you want to keep them in a certain order

I have tried changing settings in the columns settings. I the sub report alone when opening it works fine. When checking column widths it is ok for two columns. See first screenshot. But setting are different when opened with parent form see 2nd screenshot. And if I change the settings to align with first screenshot my whole report will be cut to half. Third Screenshot. Why does this affect the detail section of the parent form?

On the first page setup screenshot that is my parent report setting so by changing the number of columns to one I now don't get the error message, but the duplication starts again. So with a firearm with three images I get three pages that are the same. So now what?

Well I finally got this problem resolved. What I did was tell Grok.com the problem and the suggestion was to group on my FirearmID and move everything to the Group header including my subform. Now there is nothing in the detail section but my report runs fine now.
