I've built quite a bit of the database and am trying to enter in data to make sure it works, I'm running into an issue with my form. I have created several different tables as well as junction tables. I'm honestly confused as to how to use the junction tables. I'm also trying to create a form that combines several subforms so there's just one form for one kind of consultation we provide and another form for a second type of consultation. I'm including pictures of an error I am getting as well as the design view of my ProgramConsultationT. I have created a drop down on my ProgramFocusedF to select which consultant is assigned to that program consultation, it keeps giving me an error. The ConsultantID is in that table, I've stored the Consultant Name in the ConsultantID on the form, what am I doing wrong?
