I added two field to the created Table.
Then created a Query from the Table.
Created a Form using the Query.
The problem is the two new fields ( MyD ) & ( MyDate ) are not working.
Example: MyDate = Left([DateUpdated], 10)
Next: MyDate = Date() - 2
MyDate display's only on the Form, not in the Query or Table.
MyD is not excepting any data???
Included File.
Thanks

Hi Werner,

Need more info on the MyD field. What are it's properties, data type, etc. I think you said you added it to the table, so it should be able to be updated provided that the query can be updated. The fact that MyDate is not showing in the query but is showing in the form makes me think we need to see your query both in design in datasheet view to gather what is happening for both fields.

When you view the query, can you add new records there?

All problems have been resolved.
Donald, the problem was in the query.
Needed to use the CDate function - CDate(MyDate) worked perfect
