I know I saw somewhere how to limit the user form fields to auto populate with their name. Lets say when John Doe opens the database, I want the username “Staff Name,” to be auto populated with their name as the “Staff Name,” in the form.

In addition, I don’t want them to see other member’s form entries or to be able to change other members. How do I do this?

It seems that the fields were locking after a staff member enter their date and start time, which made the end time and notes field locked. Why is this happening?

Is there a way to lock their entry fields after they have completed them and verified all information is correct?
