Hi, Is it possible to make a client intake form with certain data prefilled in the survey for each individual client, that the google form is sent too, and to get a individual client to change the information, referring to them, if applicable. And also having the client fill-in the rest of the form, especially if they need to fill in another section depending upon their answer.

Thanks, but i was hoping to make it that each individual would be able to correct their individual, information as i i have to consder each individual private information

Google Forms is not really designed for that. You can prefill some values by generating a prefilled link, but letting each client securely review and edit only their own existing information is awkward, especially if privacy matters.

For that kind of client intake/update form, I would look at Power Apps, or a simple web form tied to and SQL Server database with a unique, secure link for each client. The link can identify the client, display their current information, let them update it, and conditionally show additional sections based on their answers.

The key is that you do not want clients selecting themselves from a list or seeing anyone else's data. Each person needs their own authenticated session or unique tokenized link.
