Subform Not Working.
Colin Smyth

As part of my bird database, I have created a table for adding the using the place where the photos are found on the computer. - As per photo 1.
I then created a form to display the photos - See photos 2 and 3 and this all works fine.
I then dragged the photo display form onto another general information form showing the details about the bird and then hopefully also the photos - as per photo 4.
The bird ID changes appropriately but the information in the fields Photo1 and photo2 is not being carried across and hence no photos show up.
I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Your subform is going to a new record.
Have you set Link Master Fields / Link Child Fields?

Hi Kevin. They are both set to BirdID

In photo 3, it shows the folder in which the photos are saved. But in Photo 4, it is not showing the folder and hence no photos.

You need to find out why the subform is going to a new record if there is a corresponding record.

When you set BirdID, are you Requerying the Subform?
