Just wondering if its a valid solution to buy Access 2024 and be able to use Microsoft 365 Access Runtime for other users? It (Microsoft Sales AI Chatbot)  says that the 2024 Access is a perpetual license.

I did ask the chatbot, but I just want to make sure it was not hallucinating! So I'd thought I'd ask the other AI - Actual Intelligence.
