Please note that in the 2nd paragraph of my original post, 2nd sentence, I meant to say: Is it best to setup another Notice F titled Notice2F, Notice3F, etc., or can I somehow add other reminder to the original NoticeF?

One Form is usually the best way to go. You don't want to have to maintain multiple Forms that do exactly the same thing. I would also set up a Table to store the details of the Notice so all you need to do next time you need the same notice is select it from a Combo Box, set the date and time, then click a button to set the reminder. Remember to also have a way of setting a new notice as well. Perhaps a Check Box to determine if the new notice is to be saved to the Table.

Kenneth  I've asked Richard about adding the ability to edit posts (and many other features), but he hasn't done it, and we all know he is busy.  The forums here aren't really the main purpose of this site (his courses and videos are), so I don't want to dwell on it too much.  I would only make suggestions about the forums when he specifically asked for them, such as 2 years ago:

Lots of other things are much higher on his priority, I would think, such as his videos on SQL Server and the Power Platform, to name a few.

Kevin Robertson is right. One NoticeF is the way to go. You generally don't want separate forms that all do the same job, because every change or bug fix has to be made in all of them. Put the reminder information in a table and use the same form to create, view, and manage as many reminders as you need. A Combo Box for previously saved reminder types is a good idea too.

Kevin Yip is also right about editing posts. It's on my list, but it hasn't been a huge urgency. Letting people edit a post is easy. The hard part is making sure it's secure so someone can't sneak bad stuff in with an edit. I just haven't wanted to take the time to completely bulletproof it yet. For now, if you need to correct something, just delete the original post and repost it. The delete option is available to you.

Most of my website work happens when there's a critical need, when I have a few minutes to spare and don't feel like recording anymore that day, or when something will save a lot of people - including me - a lot of time. The new forum-post comments item in the menu bar is a good example. It lets everyone (including me) quickly see new posts, replies, and edits all in one place, which saves me a bunch of time.

Post editing just hasn't been a squeaky wheel. Very few people have requested it, although I agree it needs to happen eventually. In the meantime, I've been busy behind the scenes with things like the SQL Server course and more Developer lessons.

Richard, Kevin & Kevin, thank you all for your advice.  I understand about the time constraints associated with changing Forum edits.  I just didn't know if that ability exists and will just be careful with my future writing.

Well, you can always select the text that you had, delete your previous reply, and then just paste it in and edit it. That's the quick and simple dirty way.
