Quick Formatting Toolbar Popup Not Visible

This starts at ~4:17.

Although the little "Bold" and "Italic" help popups appear as your cursor hovers over the invisible Quick Formatting Toolbar Popup, the toolbar popup itself never appears.

The weird thing is the same thing happened when I tried this on my copy of the database. No toolbar. So I set it via the buttons in the Text Formatting section on the "Home" toolbar above.

But then I reverted the changes (via the Text Formatting buttons above), and when I selected the UPS text again, the Quick Formatting Toolbar Popup appeared.

FYI and all that. I'm using Access 2021 on Windows 10 ESU.

Thanks for the heads-up, Constance. I think that was just one of those odd Access/Windows rendering quirks, especially since the mini toolbar eventually appeared after you applied and then removed formatting.

The buttons in the Text Formatting group on the Home tab do exactly the same thing, so that's a perfectly good workaround. Also check Access Options under Client Settings to make sure "Show Mini Toolbar on selection" is enabled if anyone else runs into it.
