Yes it is BUT if you are goint to use Outlook, be aware that AT&T and likely other carriers are no longer support Email to SMS service.  If you are a heavy text message sender, Twillio is your best solution.  If you are a light user, take a look at Click Send.

Really, when did they start killing email to SMS? I haven't used it in forever. I used to use it with T-Mobile when I had them way back in the day. I got Verizon now, but I haven't tested it in a while.

AT&T removed email-to-SMS in 2025.  T-Mobile did in 2024.  Verizon will in 2027.

Has anyone tried the Phone Link app that comes with Windows?  It's supposed to allow a PC to send text.  I haven't used it, and I don't know if Access can automate it.

I tried PhoneLink a while back. It was good for being able to see who was calling and yes, I could read messages. I could reply to them as well. But, it didn't let me initiate messaging. Whether that was a deficiency the app or a deficiency in the user, hard to say, lol.

Haven't messed with it since my regular machine went down.

You can initiate a new message. There is a button next to the Search Bar.
