Ricks Tips

Rick, I am really enjoying the Rick's Tips you have recently been producing and having them appear under New Comments. I have snipped out each of the slides and placed them in a Word document. Then I placed a button on my Main Menu and added the FollowHyperlink VBA code, so now if I need a quick review, I can quickly open the document and view the slides.

I hope you continue to add more of these helpful tips. Have you thought about possibly adding the ability to search for Rick's Tips from the Home Page or putting a link to them from the More...combo box? Thanks again.

You could just bookmark the users comments.

That's a great idea, Dale. I'm saving them on my end too, in a table in my database. Eventually, my goal is to publish them on social media as little helpful tips.

Once I have enough of them, I'll probably put together a page where you can view them all, kind of like I did with TechHelp. That started off as a video here and there once in a while, and it became a very popular series. Maybe I'll sort the tips by class level too.

Alex's bookmark suggestion is a good workaround for now. Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad you're enjoying them.
