A calculated query field isn't stored anywhere. If you want a snapshot of the person's age when you enter their DOB, add a regular Number field to the table - I'd call it AgeAtEntry rather than Age - and populate it in the DOB control's After Update event.

That gives you their actual age as of today and saves that number permanently. It won't change next year.
