I have about 7,000 unique ID's with name,address,and lots more info. Is DLookup the best way to get all that info in the fields with just putting in the unique id? BTW I love all of these courses. Thank you for all of us who would rather learn real life than book situations

Yep. Just store the IDs. That's all you need unless you're concerned with storing history.
