Bulk Email

Roberta, can you add an attachment using the bulk mail method that I showed you? Not really. You'd have to manually attach each one by setting the EditMessage parameter to TRUE and then manually attaching the PDF file to each one. HOWEVER, there are other methods for sending bulk email. The Docmd.SendObject that I show in class is the EASIEST, but least flexible. There is another way using Office Automation that's a little more complex, but offers the ability to specify a file as an attachment. If enough people want to see this, I'll show it in a future class.

To answer your second question, YES, you can have different information about your customer in your reports... that's why you generate a unique email for each customer. Just use the Letter Writer techniques I taught you way back in Access 205 to basically create an email-mail-merge program.
