I'm creating a subform that will capture patient prescription refills and the parent form is an overall activity form. I know what to base the subform off of, but my concern is where to place the subform. The parent form is very large and will occupy the user's computer screen. Any thoughts you have are appreciated.

You could open a second form on top of the parent form and just make it a continuous form instead of a subform.
