I'm so impressed and I only wish I knew about your Youtube channel before giving myself grey hair trying to learn Access!

Anyway I have 3 tables and want to make the primary keys in each of them an autonumber data type but I keep getting the following error message..
"Once you enter data in a table, you can't change the data type of any field." I tried using autonumber when initially building the table and was notified that the data type could only be used once.
If in fact this is the case
1. How can I change a data type
2. How to change field size?

You can only have ONE AutoNumber per table. I would recommend deleting the current ID and just creating a new one... unless you already have relationships set up, of course.
