I am attempting to create a database for a real estate office.  I have tables and forms for customers, properties, listings, offers etc.  My customer Table includes sellers and buyers of property.  The customerF works fine as I have a group combo box for the different types of customers,such as sellers, buyers, cobroke buyers etc.  Each customer record is defined as seller or buyer etc.  However, on my offerF I have two separate fields for seller and buyer.  I did a query for sellers and one for buyers to try that.  I guess I am trying to figure out how I can use two different customer id's on the same form.  Can that be done?  Does that make any sense?  As an aside, I have been told this is a complicated database to do, but Richard you have taught me so much that I feel confident that it can be done.  Thank you.

Your OfferT table will just have two foreign keys: SellerID and BuyerID, and both of these are CustomerID fields. Very easy to set up.
