I just completed expert level 12 and it was mentioned when discussing query v. refresh that there is a way to build an event and eliminate the buttons. In the db I have built there are several places I would like to use that event. Do you have a lesson that details that process.  Thanks, Lee Dillon

I cover the Me.Requery command in Access 306, however, you really need to learn about the different events first, like OnClose and such, and those come in the previous 300-level classes. Unless you need this right NOW, I'd wait until I start the Advanced 2013 series which will cover these events in detail. I'm not trying to talk you OUT of buying more classes (please feel free to) but if you're not in a hurry, the Advanced 2013 classes will be much better.
