4 x autonumber fields in query to convert to table

Hey Alex - I've found the Make-Table option in the query design mode.  I recall now why it didn't work earlier in the month - I have more than 1 autonumber fields !  I've no way around what I'm trying to achieve, other than through excel which has removed the identit of the fields.  On that note, I've now discovered that when the data was imported, my field titled 'Report' (which was a memo field) has been set-up as a memo field and missed any data over 256 characters.  If I were to re-import, is there a way where I can define the fields as they are created, to a memo field, to include all the data ?

Reply from Alex Hedley:

Sounds like the job of an import specification.
Access X20.
You can set up what the Fields are and it allows you to repeat the same steps each time.
I think you've still got a few lessons to get there but it'll be coming soon
