I created database that has run almost 4 years now but there are so many blank forms and so many deletions made by users by mistake, deleting customer details by mistakes and deleting customer history on subform by mistake. how to avoid this problems I tried to lock on property sheet but when I enter new customer then, the field is locked. please help

You can set up different permissions for different users and control what they can and can't edit.
