I have a database with subform, in the subform i have 6 field with heading as follows:
First field is current date
second field is current time
third field is the reasons for customer visit
fourth field is the name of the user who assist the customer
fifth field is the time customer assisted.
my problem is that the fifth field a user must write the time when he/she call the customer. i want to know if is possible that when a user call a customer when he/she type in her name on the fourth field automatically field number fifth generate the time not the user to do so

You can either set the Default Value of the control to =Now() or use an AfterUpdate Event that sets it in a Macro or via VBA
