I am building a form for work and have a "completed" field (yes/no criteria). I do not like having the little box just hanging at the bottom of the form but do not want it up at the top as it would be awkward given the context. It would be really cool to make the title box (next to the "yes/no" check box) border color to change when it selected. In essence, I would like a button rather than a tiny, awkward check box.

For example: When the box is unchecked (signalling that the event has not been completed) the border color is red. When the the event has been completed and checked, the border changes to black (signalling to the end user that it has been completed.)

If this cannot be achieved, what are some alternatives to the tiny checkbox?

Why not use an AfterUpdate Event and change the colour property of the control?
It'll likely have a .Border Property you can change.
