Alex, I'm pretty sure that Denise is not talking about importing Access forms from another db. She wants to use paper forms and scan them into Access. When I needed to do this, I had to manually recreate the look of the paper form on an Access form and create the fields to capture the data. I don't know of any way to "scan" in a paper form for use in Access.

Yeah you would have to manually recreate the Forms/Reports.
One Tip is to scan the Form/Report and save as an Image - then add that to the Report as the background, lay over the labels and other controls then delete the image.
It might not be perfect and may take some trial and error of printing them out to make sure it is correct, margins etc can cause an issue but it is possible.
