I have encountered a new problem with this. The check boxes must be updated from numerous forms to make sure staff follow the correct payment procedure.

Now when the check boxes are updated on a different form it will not "re run" the Sub to make Check212 true.

So basically when the last check box has been checked (from a different form) the "Plot Complete" box will not automatically check but if I uncheck and check it again on my "PlotF" form it will automatically check.

I have tried looking into making the Sub "public" but I don't understand it very well and I can not seem to make it run again.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The easiest solution would be repeat the steps you've done on your Form that is working on the other forms.
You would need to add the Tags to the Checkboxes on the other Form and add the Sub.
Yes it doesn't follow the DRY principle but you'd need to put the Sub in a Module and then pass in a Checkbox control as an argument and call it on each Form.
