I need to set up email templates so that I can email Order reports, Purchase Order reports, Invoices, etc from Access 2013, one email at a time.  The idea behind the template would be to have Access pull the email address and contact name for the customer, vendor, etc from the corresponding table, and then fill in the "SUBJECT" line, and a canned message, and then attach a PDF file of the appropriate Report, and send the email.  In other words, as automated as possible.

My preferred email software is Eudora Pro, however, I will use Outlook if absolutely necessary.  

Can I program all of this in Access?  Is there a tutorial covering both emailing from Eudora/Outlook?  If no tutorial is appropriate, how would you go about this?

There's the Email Seminar That covers all of this in depth and you can send from other email providers like Gmail as well as using Outlook.
