Hi:

I inserted this code into a new button. When I clicked on the button It asked me to save the report record as a PDF and then it closed.  That's all.

It did save the correct record, however, I need the button to attach the PDF to an email which pulls the customer's email address from the query, assign a SUBJECT LINE message for the email, a cc: email address and then some text for the main message window, which needs to be editable from Outlook.

The macro that I had created did all of this, however, it sent all of the records as part of the PDF.  Isn't there a way to edit my macro to select just the one record for the PDF?

I hardly ever use Macros I'm afraid so don't know off hand.
You could try your idea of a separate Query that will then show just the single record.

Yeah, sorry that's not the full code for attaching it to the email as well.
That just gets it as a single record and saved ready for you to use in your email code.
You'd need to adjust the [OutputFile] parameter to be a file path and name that you want to attach.
As you have set it there you would know it to use as the attachment value later.
