I got it working using a separate query for the email reports and used the macros.  Sorry, but I haven't taken any of the advanced VBA seminars.  I am aware of the Email Seminar, but the cost is a bit too steep for me now.

I would like to know how to format the text in the message area of the email macro so that I don't have to format it every time I send an email.  Is that also only covered in the Email Seminar?

If you search for email Other courses and Tips show up which might be of use, there are full outlines on the individual pages.

It's a worth while seminar if you're working with emails a lot but it is a big one, as Rich covered lots of techniques. Formatting is covered, even using templates. Check out the intro for a full explanation.

When you say a format are you wanting Rich text or HTML in this email instead of just plain text?
