I am building a new db?  I have used the auto create for forms and reports.  I am now following the Beginner 2 lessons and manually crating a form.  This is where I had the issue.

I can't seem to replicate the issue,
I've tried with a blank Form and a pre-made Access Form and both work, clicking on the square where the corners meet (that brings up the Property Sheet when you double click it)
Tried highlighting the Detail section, Header/Footer section and all work.
