Remote Database
Scott

I may have asked this before, but does anyone know of a way to send commands to a remote instance of Access using VBA?

For example, if I had an Access database that runs simultaneously on an office computer and computers in vehicles that would be connected to the internet using a mobile hotspot. I would like to send a requery command to a listbox from the office computer.

Reply from Alex Hedley:

Is this so the data is updated if you've made a change in the office you want it to show in the field?
You could have a timer on the form that refreshes it every couple of minutes...
