Hi Alex
Tried just 60 and no change. I did however, try the downloaded example that came with the lesson and it seems to be working O.K. So it would seem there is something wrong with my particular DB (one I've been building from scratch as the lessons go on)
I'd still like some pointers if anyone has any,for future reference, just so I know what went wrong.

Get the rs.Type of the Field in the Query.

Then you can use a combination of FieldTypeName Function found from AllenBrowne
