I am trying to send a report from Access 2013 via Outlook 2013. The report opens up Outlook (Outlook not open prior to clicking) when I click the command buttonbutton, but when and attaches the report as a PDF, and inserts the send to email address.  When I click on the "Send" button in Outlook the program closes down and doesn't send the email.

It saves the email until I open Outlook manually and open the "Send" folder and then sends it.  I notice that if I have Outlook already open when I click the command button in Access and then click the "Send" button in Outlook it sends the mail right away.  Is there a way to fix this problem?

Are you using a Macro or VBA to send the email?
