I followed your advice, all good.
Next problem I have is the following:
I have a CONTACTSUBFORM and a CALLBACKSUBFORM in my CUSTOMERFORM, the CONTACTSUBFORM shows a history of all contacts I have had with a customer, the CALLBACKSUBFORM asks to input RESULT from last action taken, CALLBACK if new action is imperative, NEXTACTION to select next action from a pull down menu, WHEN for the date when next action is to be taken, and finally NOTES about the contact made, then I have a button to save this input.
The problem I have is that, when I save the input info, the CONTACTSUBFORM immediatelly shows then the data about the last contact ( which is the information I just input on the RESULTSUBFORM) this is ok, except that I notice that the CONTACTSUBFORM should also contain the RESULT as well as NOTES, how can I make this happen?
I tried creating a query combining the tables, but then when I run it, it shows only one record instead of all the contact history

Is the Form Continuous.
Does the Query only show 1 record or the Form?
What Join did you do, which Fields were they?
