DLOOKUP Same Field
Ramona Woitas

Yes.  That is exactly what happened.  I guess my question is this.

Is it possible to do something like this?  For example:  Say I enter "Ramona" in the SNELogin field on the RequestF, can "Ramona" be automatically copied to the EmployeeF?

Without me having to go directly to the EmployeeF and entering "Ramona" there too?

If this is possible, what do i need to do?

Would it work if i called the field on the Request table/form SNELogin, and then called the field on the Employee table/form eSNELogin?

Reply from Alex Hedley:

Why not just link the two Tables using an the ID, have it as a Foreign key in the other Table, then you don't need to copy it over.
You could set it as a Default Value referencing the EmployeeF (Forms!EmployeeF!EmployeeID)
