Three subforms in a form
Henry P

I have a CUSTOMERF form, just like in the expert course, and three subforms: CONTACTSUBF also similar to the one in the course, a CALLBACKSUBF and a NEXTACTIONSUBF, my problem is that both my CALLBACKSUBF and my CONTACTSUBF share fields in the same tables, CONTACTSUBF shows a log of previous contacts, results and notes about those results, CALLBACKSUBF will show actios that were scheduled to be taken, date of the contact and notes about those actions and the NEXTACTIONSUBF should NOT show anything filled and should allow user to input the result of last action, which one was the last action and notes about the last action, upon inputting these information, the CONTACTSUBF should show it as the most recent contact, result and notes.
Also, the CALLBACKSUBF should ONLY be populated when there is a CALLBACK where "must call back" is checked and be blank or subform not visible when there is no "must call back" item.
Please help

Reply from Alex Hedley:

You could set the Query of the SubForm to have criteria to the effect you need.
