I have a CONTACTsubF form where the contact history should show, then a CALLBACKsubF where "MustCallBacks" should pop up, I NEED TO ADD A BUTTON WHEN I TAKE ACTION, AND UPON PRESSING THAT BUTTON a new subform NEXTACTONsubF should capture what the next action step should be made, when it should be done (maybe the next callback, if it is a callback, it should appear as a callback next time I open this customer's record. Also, next time I open the customer's record, CONTACTSUBF should show the completed callback as a new item in the contact history, the NextActionSubF should be blank waiting for input. can you help?
