yes but that does not answer the specific question of whether or not I can store the email messages created or received in a specific folder.  One of my main concerns is that with outlook, I can't store the messages outside of their proprietary system (can't direct the messages to c:\clientName\clientEmail).  Is that taught in the seminar?

There is also Expert 20 which shows linking to Access, you could then copy the linked table to another local table.
