all my employees have a company email account, so they all use there first name, last name and end with @plumbing ros.com how can I set up my default value in a hyperlink field on my table to automatically pull the first name and last name and add it to the begging of the default text.  I have tried this    [FirstName][LastName]*@plumbingpros.com  but I just got an error message.

Also I have another hyperlink field I am trying to put text first an add a field after such as. "C:Documents\"[InvoiceNumber]

I don't use hyperlink fields, it's safer to store them as TEXT and doing the concat yourself then use the Open Seminar techniques to use the value how you want.

You could either have an After Update that creates it when you enter the data or just use a Query if they're all the same.
