I want to automatically populate a field on form, but get the data from another field on another form.  Can you do that?

eg)
EmployeeF has a TeamCombo field where you choose the team.

I have added the field to the ProblemF form from EmployeeT.

However when you view the ProblemF form, the result shows a 1 instead of what the 1 represents. (eg. 1 is Team A)

What do I have to do so that the field is looked up, and shows Team A instead of 1?

To get a value from another Form you can use the
Forms!FORMNAME!FIELDNAME

Forms!EmployeeF!TeamCombo

As you say this will be a number and you want the Text.
You can use DLOOKUP.
