I have an adobe fill-able form that needs to be completed by a team and filed with a project file.  For specific projects, I have been creating a report in access and exporting as a pdf to the file location. However, this pdf is not a fill-able form and the fields need to be adjusted manually for distribution to the team.  I want put a button my main menu to open the blank pdf template and another button on the timesheet form that points to the partially completed form that is specific to the record.

You will find out how to store the location of files outside of the db.
