Hi All,

Having watched the lesson on assigning call backs to 'contacts' on the practise database I would really like to take this one stage further to carry out the following:
- Assign a 'contact' to a specific member of staff (internal colleague).
- That member of staff would then be able to assign an associated action to another member of staff.
- That action/task would automatically be emailed to the member of staff and the action would be added to their outlook task list.

Do any of the expert videos cover aspects of the above that I can piece together or does anyone else have any experience of setting up something similar?

You could have a UserID in the ContactT and then create a combo of Users which you can choose from

- That member of staff would then be able to assign an associated action to another member of staff.
You could have an ActionT that has a UserID and Action info, create a Sub-Form that lists actions.
